Sometimes you just don’t have a lot of time to train. Work, family, relationships and life in general can all get in the way. On days like this TE30 is a great way to make the short time you have as effective as it can be. In this session we combine all aspects of cross training with the emphasis on working at a high intensity for as much as the session as possible.
This session is suitable for any fitness level although for the workout to be effective then a certain level of fitness is required.
