    Circuit training has been a staple part of fitness program’s for many years. The advantage of our circuit is the ability to use the entire facility meaning we can devise a session designed for maximum results not around equipment or space. In this session you will be hitting your whole body in a variety of ways mixing up strength training and cardio for an action packed boredom busting workout. This is our original circuit and an essential rite of passage for all Team Esteem members. During this circuit all exercises are devised and instructed at a relatively low level of technical competence making it the ideal session for beginners, or seasoned fitness folk who want to raise the intensity of their workout and not have to worry about losing form.
