This workout is for anyone who wants to put in any extra work outside our group sessions.
This session is all about practice. During open practice you will have access to our fantastic facility in order to work on whatever you decide you need to. You might want to work on a specific lift or get some extra cardio in, it’s all good. As always there will be a coach present to help either with technique issues or general guidance with any aspect of your training.
This session is for any fitness level as guidance can be given to anyone who requires it.
