    Also know as Interval Weight Training this type of workout was first introduced by Dr Pat O’Shea back in 1969. It has been refined over the decades into a highly sophisticated and effective means of cross-training to optimize performance in a wide variety of sports. Team Esteem has developed it’s own take on this type of training. This workout is ideal for players of any athletic sport or anyone looking for a high intensity workout to accelerate fat loss while increasing strength.

    This session is not recommended for beginners due to high intensity needed. Team Esteem recommends The Esteem Circuit as an ideal preparation for this session.
