F.Y.F is a movement started by the founder of Team Esteem. Your trainer may well join in on this session so don’t expect much coaching. Maybe you want to finish a good weeks training with a bang, maybe you didn’t get to the gym all week and want to be punished. Maybe you have a big weekend planned and want to be punished in advance, maybe you just like to suffer? Whatever the reason this workout should test every aspect of your fitness, if you don’t want to collapse at the end of this workout you didn’t go hard enough.
